As a fully independent security monitoring and intervention solution MyShield features PIR motion detection, video verification, audio warnings and – crucially – a proprietary smoke diffuser that fills a room with harmless yet disorienting smoke in just 30 seconds leaving a perpetrator unable to steal property or cause harm.
Alternatively, it can operate as an integral part of existing security alarm system, seamlessly connected through cloud or wired input for effective intrusion intervention.
A dedicated mobile app offers the end-user or security personnel convenient remote monitoring capabilities, giving customers and service providers alike an ultimate security intervention experience.
How MyShield Works
All-in-one integrated device
When MyShield’s on-board motion detector detects movement, an alert is sent to either the security control room (through integration with existing security systems) or directly to property stakeholders (via the MyShield mobile app). Once the intrusion is verified via HD video, a multi-step warning process can be initiated – including optional pre-recorded alerts.
If the intruder fails to vacate, MyShield can instantly fill the premises with harmless, yet highly disorienting, smoke – forcing intruders out. The easy-to-replace MyShield smoke canister produces smoke that is non-toxic, non-stick, and non-lingering.
