Software contained in the products named above contains certain third-party software, content or code. Most of it is covered by Free/Libre Open Source Software (FLOSS) Licenses. A table available here lists each such FLOSS that we may use, and for each FLOSS lists: the corresponding license type, a repository link from which the FLOSS may be found, and a license link to an address from which a copy of the terms and conditions for the license type may be found. The source code provided in the repository may have additional copyright notices retained therein.
Where copyright holders of software make their software available under multiple licenses (e.g. dual licensing), then we use it under the more permissive licensing option. For example, where there is a choice between a GNU General Public License and a GNU Lesser General Public License, we select to use the FLOSS under the latter option. However, we obviously retain copies of the dual licenses for you to choose from independently. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, our choice to use the more permissive license applies to all FLOSS included in our products, regardless of whether the FLOSS is listed below.
If, and to the extent, an open source license detailed herein requires that the source code of its corresponding open source software be made available to you or an end-user, and such source code is not delivered to you or the end-user with the product, then we hereby extends a written offer, valid for the period prescribed in such open source license, to obtain a copy of the source code of the corresponding open source software, from us.
