Essence Smart Care is looking for a Technical Solution Manager for a challenging and interesting position.
As a Technical Solution Manager, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge during pre-sale stage, serve as a tech-savvy professional during POC and Pilots and be able to solve technical problems in a rapid way to speed up sales cycle and strengthen customer relationship.
Main interfaces are: Sales, Product management, PSO, Account managements and R&D.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Solution Manager/Pre-Sale.
- Solid technical background with hands on experience for at least 5 years..
- Technical experience in multidisciplinary solutions (Communication protocols, Servers, Mobile, hardware and software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Other languages are advantage).
- Experience working in a Matrix organization.
- BSc in Engineering, MBA an advantage.
- Management experience an advantage.
